Generated directly from the field, this paper elaborates on knowledge shared during process of a research project called LAWGEM (New Quality in Education for Gender Equality – Strategic Partnership Development Master’s Study Program LAW and GENDER) an effort to develop Legal Clinic sensitise students about gender issues within legal education Europe. The experience two countries, Sweden Serbia through discussing challenges achieving justice. Finally, it introduces as learning outcome pedagogical purposes.
